About Joe Nervis Jr

Residing in Houston, Texas, I hold a Master of Science in Information Systems with a specialization in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from the University of Colorado Denver. My background includes IT support and administration, with experience supporting enterprise systems, managing security controls, and building resilient cloud solutions.

I have worked with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Active Directory, alongside cybersecurity tools like CrowdStrike and Splunk. My technical skill set also includes Python, SQL, Bash, Design Science, Application Development, and Database Management.

Through roles in system administration, applications analysis, and IT support, I have developed strengths in problem-solving, risk management, and cross-team collaboration. I specialize in designing secure, scalable solutions and applying technology like AI and Automation to enhance organizational performance and advance business objectives.

I am a passionate edge AI and cloud security professional who proactively seeks opportunities to innovate.
